Veigar can get Program or something. Not PROJECT.

PROJECT is inspired by human cyborg warriors like from Metal Gear Rising. A magic using Yordle doesn't seem compatible with that.

Ohh man that feels bad :( I want it so bad -.- I have 90% of project skins.. Hmm I hope they will release a awesome skins for veigar, I have all of his skins, and Im main Veigar also :)
