Kyren the Mistwalker
This is an idea for a vampire character for League of Legends. League of Legends is a fantasy game with many unique characters and powers, and I think it's time for a vampire character to emerge from the mist. Now although Vladimir is like a vampire, he is not by any means a TRUE vampire. Kyren is intended to fallow the vampire myth more closely. For now this page is based around Kyren's gameplay. Kyren the Mistwalker is an AP mid assassin who uses his opponents own strength to his advantage, and will prey on low health and low mana/energy targets. The vampire will quickly sap health, mana, and magic resistance as he quickly assassinates his targets.
Kyren's kit
Passive: Curse of the Immortal-
Kyren has 2% life steal and spellvamp at level 1 and scales up 1% every 5 levels and gains an additional 1% at level 18 (2%/3%/4%/5%/6%).
When damageing an enemy champion with a spell or auto attack steal 2% of that champions current health and mana/energy and restores 2% max health and 4% max mana.
Fangs of Evil: Kyren's next basic attack deals (30lvl1/50lvl6/70lvl11/90lvl16/100lvl18) magic damage scaling with 20% ability power and 15% of the targets missing mana/energy (cool down 20s/12s/6s/4s). Executing jungle monsters or minions with Fangs of Evil will restore 4% missing health and mana. Executing an enemy champion with Fangs of Evil will restore 10% missing health and mana.
Undead Curse: All bonus health recovery, mana recovery, life steal, and spellvamp have their effectiveness reduced by 100% (This also effects passives from

Q: Pierce the Heart-(targeted ability 150 units) 60 mana Kyren stabs the target for (80/90/110/130/150) magic damage scaling with 70% ability power, (4%,5%,6%,8%) of targets max health, and 4% of targets max mana/energy (cooldown 6s/5.5s/5s/4.5s/4s)
W: Devouring Curse-skill shot 700 units (Can be blocked by minions and jungle mobs, but still can be reactivated) 80 mana Kyren throws out a curse that deals (60/70/80/90/100) magic damage scaling with 40% ability power, and apply a mark of curse on effected target. Steal 5% of enemy champion's current mana and refund the cost of this abilty. When a target is marked with mark of curse Re-activate this ability to use Devouring Swarm Devouring Swarm: Kyren turns into a swarm of bats and becomes untargetble, Kyren will then fly to the marked target dealing (20/30/40/50/60) magic damage scaling with 40% ability to every enemy Kyren passes through. Kyren will also restore 5% of his missing health and mana for every champion he passes through, in addition Kyren will also reduce the magic resistance of those champions by (5/7/10/15/17). Kyren will land behind the marked target and gain 5% damage reduction for each champion he passed through for 4s (cooldown 16s/14s/12s/10s/8s)
E: Vampiric Seduction-(cone 250 units) 90 mana Kyren uses magic in a cone in front of him charming enemy units for 1 second and dealing (20/40/60/80/100) magic damage scaling with 60% ability power (cooldown-11s/10s/9s/8s/7s)
R: Mistwalker 125 mana Kyren creates a cloud of mist covering a diameter of (1,000/1,600/2,000) units around him and has a duration of (8s/9s/10s). While in the mist Kyren gains (40/60/80) bonus ability power (10%/20%/30%) movement speed. In addition Kyren also gains camouflage that is broken through casting an ability, basic attacking, or moving within 250 units of an enemy champion. Upon any action of breaking this stealth Kyren must wait 1.5 seconds before re-entering stealth. For 4 seconds after exiting stealth The ability power ratio of Fangs of Evil is changed from 20% to 80% ability power. (Cooldown 160s/120s/80s)

The idea with stealing mana is to not be oppressive, but to create an interaction where you rely on damaging your lane opponent or executing minions for sustain. In addition the % missing mana/energy damage will cause another interaction where Kyren's lane opponent may play more conservatively or more defensively when low on mana. That being said most mid-laners can take advantage of Kyren being a melee champion and may use resources to harass him.
