What about a custom Chroma pack?

Here's my idea: Custom Chroma Pack. But what do I mean by that? Simple. Let people do whatever they what with the color of a skin!

And why could it be a good idea? Because there's a fact in this world: nobody likes the same things! For example, some people would like to have a black skin of Zac because they don't like him in green, blue, orange, yellow, purple or pink.

Now, let's see a way to make this idea real. A simple simple system: Buy a Custom Chroma Pack on the skin you like (it can be the traditional skin) and that's it! You can modify the color of your skin over and over again, but this pack will affect only one skin, not all of them.
