MARDOK CANCELLED CHAMPION SHOULD COME BACK

This champion has a ton of backround knowledge and even has some cool abilities. I think that this champion should be reconsidered or even brought back even into a new name or gameplay. This champion seems like a heavy tank ad champion and we haven't had a tanky champion since 3 champions and I think he would be the right fit + really cool.

ALSO, I believe 100% there will be a yordle champion next because we haven't had one for 13 champions now.. I think that the champion would be a straight up jungle champion like a master yi (more than likely just jungles but is viable mid or top)
