New way to attack shields! (Item changes, rather than nerfs.)

I've had this idea for a good amount of time and i figured if i posted on here as i might be able to share my ideas. I have the idea to rather nerf support champions with shields We could instead have item changes that involve bonus damage to shields, as a counter part to ardent censer and other items of the sort. Perhaps add a 20% bonus damage to shields to items like Ghostblade or Duskblade Even bruiser items could be added in this overhaul . In my opinion this could make assassins and bruisers more viable against shield or heal heavy comps that have a hypercarry twitch and lulu which has very little counterplay and is generally not fun for the enemy team. This would also allow more champs to be balanced and viable as there will be less nerfs and more buffs. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
