, or even skarner
since no one plays them to much and they get boring. like that nunu
rework people loved it and more people play him. And heres another good idead maybe zilean
not a lot of people play him. they should rework the champs that people dont play verymuch and im pretty sure they a capable to see how many people play who. how many of yall say yes to this and say no if u disagree

Ashe is played ALL OF THE TIME. Probably the most consistently reliable champion in the game. She is rarely overly powered, and never weak in ANY META. So I 100% disagree with you on that one.
I also disagree with you about Morgana. I see her quite often and she is annoyingly oppressive for a support ... if the player knows what they are doing. Without following the link provided in another comment, I would assume they are referencing the plans for a Morgana & Kayle rework that has already been announced for the near future.
I'll agree that Rammus and Skarner could use reworks, but not complete overhauls. Rammus could stand to have his kit brought more in line with his theme, and Skarner's kit seems awkward. I like what both of them already have, but I think they could both be improved on.
I also think Zilean is in a good place. He does what he is meant to do and his kit makes sense for his theme. He isn't overly strong, but he provides good utility for his team, .. again, if the player knows what they are doing.

In all seriousness, I believe Riot made a list of high priority champions. And after Ezreal's rework, the next are the Kayle/Morgana duo rework.
