Character with dual scimitars

I was wondering if anybody from riot or content creators had any ideas for a melee champ wielding dual scimitars, this character could sort of resemble a mix of Katarina but also a bit more bulky such as Yasuo , he/she could be seen as a corsair or a pirate, maybe even Gangplanks rival. If anybody has any ideas i'd love to know :D
