sniper jhin skin

i think that since jhin is now becoming very strong in low elo meta there should be a new skin for him since people are starting to pick him up more and more so a good concept to think of i sniper as he does have quite a few long distance skill shots and basing a skin arround this would be awesome and i would definitely get it
