Kennen Rework.
Greetings everyone in the league community, I'm going to present an idea about changes that I think should be made to Kennen and I hope that you will enjoy the concept and agree with me. I will first address his current abilities and why I think that they work now but would be better if they were to be a little bit different, then I will follow up by adding in some details about Kennen's model and animations.

Abilities:- Passive:
Mark of the StormPolarity; Kennen's basic abilities cause a jolt of electricity to discharge from his body to his closest implanted shuriken, this will also cause an arc to jump to nearby shurikens (up to a max of 3) dealing (100%, 75%, 50%) damage to the targets the arc passes through based on the number of jumps. "I feel that having this version of the passive will offer more harass and wave-clear in a lane." -Q: Thundering Shuriken "Kennen throws a shuriken in a line-> "Kennen throws an electically charged shuriken in a line that passes through all targets hit and lands at the mouse courser or at maximum range." -W: Electrical Surge: PASSIVE:Kennen deals bonus magic damage and applies a Mark of the Mark of the Storm once every 5 basic attacks. MAGIC DAMAGE: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% AD Kennen sends out a surge of electricity to all nearby enemies afflicted by Mark of the Mark of the Storm or caught in Slicing Slicing Maelstrom, dealing magic damage. MAGIC DAMAGE: 65 / 95 / 125 / 155 / 185 (+ 55% AP)Kennen causes his detonates a shuriken, destroying it and triggering an aoe explosion, when used in his ultimate, detonates all shurikens within the zone(Less damage taken per shuriken) "This one is a little bit on gangplank's side, taking a note from his explosive barrels to offer kennen another form of harass. -E: Lightning Rush:Kennen transforms into a ball of electricity, losing the ability to use basic attacks, becomes Ghost ghosted and doubles his movement speed for 2 seconds. Kennen also gains bonus armor and magic resistance for 4 seconds. BONUS RESISTANCES: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 Kennen deals magic damage to all enemies he passes through, doubled against champions, and restores 40 energy the first time he damages an enemy with Lightning Rush.-> Kennen transforms into pure lightning taking 33% less damage from all sources (excluding true damage), hey may also jump between his shurikens as a dash while in this form. "This will provide kennen with more escape routes to make him more illusive, I also think that this helps him hold true to the fast as lightning theme." Kennen can Lightning Rush 2 reactivate Lightning Rush to cancel the bonus movement speed, allowing him to use basic attacks again. -R: Slicing Maelstrom:Kennen summons a magical storm around himself for 3 seconds, dealing magic damage to all enemies within range every 0.5 seconds.Slicing Maelstrom deals 25% less damage with each successive strike against a target, down to a minimum of 50%.Kennen fires shurikens an all directions and creates an electically charged zone, all enemies that move while in this zone will quickly build of a charge that will deal a moderate amount of magic damage and stun them for 2.5 seconds, Kennen's passive Polariy will be spread through the entire zone for (75% on all targets{Possibly divided evenly between all targets}, 150% on targets stunned by Kennen) "I feel like this one takes a bit of a note from Illaoi and how she uses her ultimate to shift the tide of a team-fight." -
Character design:
- I would like to see Kennen get an AD scaling so that he could play as a hybrid and use items such as

- I would like for Kennen to remain at his current size or become even smaller (model, not hit-box), with an upgraded look and smoother running animations,"Yes they make knees this small"
