New Support Mechanic Champion

So I recently thought of a new way of creating a healing-support... just read this next line and tell me what do you guys think:

The champion uses Basic Attacks to heal its allies and uses Abilities to Mainly Damage/Crowd Control the enemies (Root/Blind (maybe could be interesting?) /Silence)

Its Ultimate I thought of a spell: SACRIFICE; Two casts, First cast on an ALLY target and second cast on an ENEMY target. Both targets immediatly take 50%/75%/100% if no surviving abilities are used (Kayle's ult, Kindred's ult, Zilean's, Ekko's, etc.). but their respawn timer is set to 15/30/60 seconds.

Tell me your opinions everyone! Hope Rioters can see this, I think it would be a great decision-making champion with really harsh consequences :D. Enjoy!

I feel like I've had to say this to you before, but please split things up into different paragraphs so you don't just have lines and lines of kit numbers scrunched together.

Aside from that, healing with autos wouldn't work. The healing per auto would have to be almost worthless to justify allowing a champion to kite their own team from twice the distance. It'd basically be a Soraka with no health cost and no cooldowns, otherwise.

And using your ally as a sacrifice would never work in a team game. MAYBE sacrificing yourself to deal true damage to the enemy, but not an ally. Though as a support, it might work to have the option to trade your own life to revive an ally.
