Kayden, Mistress of the Whip

Kayden is a mid range melee assassin who dual wields whips and specializes in high burst damage and crowd control

Lore: Kayden is the twin of Talon and has taken up with the Brood of Kla'man, a group of assassins dedicated to bringing down high profile targets. (sorry! That's all I have for now!)

Fear the Whip (Passive) - for every second Kayden is in combat, she gains +1 armor penetration, up to a cap of 10 (upgrades to rate of +2/sec and cap of 20 at level 11, +3/sec and cap of 30 at 16). After the first basic attack against an enemy champion, this passive will go on cooldown for 30 seconds.

Vicious Snare (Q) - Kayden snaps her whip in a straight line, dealing 75(+0) physical damage and roots her opponent in place for 1.5 seconds

Triple Lash (W) - Kayden increases her attack speed by 25% and damage of her next three basic attacks by 25(+0). After her third buffed basic attack lands, the target will bleed for 2% of their maximum health for 3 seconds.

Diamond Upgrade (E) - Kayden equips diamonds to the lashes of her whips, permanently upgrading her Attack Damage by .15 for every minion and enemy champion kill or assist

Bring Them Down (R) - Kayden vaults forward and spins her whips around in a medium sized circle around her. All enemy champions caught in the area will take 300(+0)(+0) and will be stunned for 1 second
