Send it to support. Open a support ticket and explain your situation, add the drawing and send. I needed like 12 more rp to buy both lissandra and maokai when they went on sale so i drew lissandra and asked them. They liked my drawing so > i now own both maokai and Lissandra

tbh I think Riot is looking for a drawing with better quality to allow you to get free RP, or in general, something worth the RP given, not for a drawing that could have been made by anyone in 15 minutes.

For example, this (amazing) story: https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/1dix10/i_sent_my_request_for_1_rp_to_riot_their_response/

From: Riot Games Hey ProSilentSteel,

Haha thats an awesome drawing. Unfortunately, I have to take it down for being posted in the wrong subsection so no worries about that. Just make sure you repost in Miscellaneous or Concepts and Creations since I know reds look there more than Story Art and Sound.

Eh Whatever, I'm not an artist or a writer myself, so can't really complain :/

Sorta thought Rito would give free RP based on quality
