A new champion concept

I came up with this while driving so it is just thrown together and for you to figure out if it sounds good.

Long Hair Male Character with Beard

Wielding a Vajra

He provides Diamond Aura to nearby enemies ( Magic and Armor Res)

He shoots Thunderbolts and makes it rain to slow them and if he shoots thunderbolts to people within his rain area it does empowered thunderbolt damage.

His ultimate could be something like becoming a divine being wielding a bow shooting multiple thunderbolts or shooting thunderbolt arrows further away (out of turret range)

His 3rd ability can be something like that's a passive making his Diamond Aura stronger the more minions he kills.

His armor is made of gold and silver and a helmet with a powerful diamond providing said Diamond Aura. (Shurima Character Possibly) As this reminds me more of a Hindu God or Persian God than anything.

I think it would be cool to see something like it and it would be received well if the appearance is adjusted accordingly to current fashion wants (long hair or no hair with or without beard)
