Meta Hammer - League build guides and strategies compilation

Me and some of my friends have taken it upon ourselves to compile a list of guides and strategies for all things meta as well as all things off meta. I have begun to realize that on sites such as Mobafire and Lolking it is hard to find up to date off meta builds and guides, and is usually flooded with guides that are roughly the same, so I thought that this might be a refreshing idea for those who like to indulge in some off meta fun. It is going to be updated frequently, and will be open to community feedback, for in every build page there is a comment section, and there is an email in which you may contact us with content you would like to see added.
