Battlecast Xerath Rework

This wonderful champion has a skin that has so much potential, but is bogged down to a simple armor change and spell recoloration. I believe it can be so much more, perhaps turning into a legendary skin. Perhaps he can have more of a collapsing robot look, resembling a project of Viktor's but rejected due to his development of an independent personality and desire for power. He can have a jagged line of red electricity fire from his malfunctioning body for his Q; for his W, he can possibly throw a mine from his chest (or something similar, Eye of Destruction has potential but I could definitely use some suggestions); for his E, maybe a short bolt of electricity fires from his body or a cloud of metal prods or clamps that latch on to the enemy champion, stunning them; for his ultimate, perhaps an artillery cannon on his back, or built into his body, can fire missiles across the map. I know some of these ideas are flawed, but I do believe the skin has very much potential. Please take it into consideration!!
