Is there ever going to be another swain skin considering his last skin was in 2012 :(

As a Swain main i ask the same question every day. Riot could easily just take a skin from some other noxus champion, like wicked Leblanc, or soustealer Vladimir, and make a skin for swain that would look awesome. Im just saying how easy it could be, but it would be even more awesome if riot made a unique skin for swain. Funny idea for skin could be reverse swain, like reverse Annie, you walk around normal morphed as a raven and when you ult you turn into a human again hahahaha
I stop asking this question for quite some time because the ball is in the champ update team's court.
No VGU = No any new skin for him.
