rune idees for change in impact and dynamic

Hello everyone Heres an idee. make the rune effect on skill instead of passively increase the stats. this will include: rune visuall effect on skill.the abillity it give.and maybe even sinergy on other rune on you or team allies skills. i Know this make a total revamp on the rune side and this make an extensive change to the game. Is it worth it. YES. why cause the game will feel new to all players. not only the client changed but the game itself will change if you make this change.
