The illustration is nice, but it's not my type of skin. Things I'm missing are representations of his chain-dreadlocks and a more original look for the head. Since Thresh is supposed to be an evil champ, I'd try something like an Oni / japanese demon. I really dont want another ninja look champ.

Wouldn't this be East Hook thresh or Shogun Thresh? Because shinigami means death god. I'm personally not seeing death god in this.
I digress though and must say that I love the idea and it would definitely be cool to have.

I love the concept with his abilities and everything but i would love it if we could change him because its not thresh, try making him more threshy in appearance. You're trying to hard to make him look like a different person, keep the back but work on the face and the cloak. :P I want to have this kin when it come out remember this Summoner Riot.

If you wanna see a real Shinigami, well, go watch more Deathnote and make one skin for real, 'cause this isnt looking like a Shinigami at all. :)

Thresh is an extremely populare support champ, they should give him one more skin atleast than just 2.
Shinigami Thresh or something else instead of giving champs who allready got like 5 skins a 6th skin.
still better than Blood Moon but Riot was screwed as soon as this came out. No way anything they made could top it :(
