(Champion Concept) Ephesia, the Aegis of the Depths

Description: Ephesia is the ancient defender of the Marai, the same underwater civilization Nami is from. Because Nami has not returned from her jurney as tidecaller, the Marai, desperate, have decided to reawaken Ephesia so as to find Nami and bring her back. Now she roams the lands in search of Nami.

Appearance: Even though she is of the Marai she has two legs and a long shark tail. She wears heavy light blue armor which is decorated with bright dark blue and green gems as well as sea life, because she had been slumbering for so long. She wields a long double-ended trident with which she calls onto the powers of the water to do her bidding.

** Primary Role**: Support/Tank

Abilities:

Passive - The Last Call - Ephesia gains a temporary stacking AP damage buff while in combat with an enemy champion. This can stack up to 10 times for a bonus of 15% AP. If she holds 10 stacks for more than 3 seconds it becomes an aura that additionally grants bonus ap damage to all allies around her.

• Cooldown - 10/8/5 seconds
• Effect Radius - 300
• Bonus AP damage - 5/10/15%

Q - Journey/Justice call - If Ephesia hasn't attacked for a while, she begins gaining 3 stacks over 9 seconds. Once she has 3 stacks she can cast Justice call, shooting a narrow water wave in a straight line that deals damage and knocks enemy champions and minions aside. Champions hit are slowed for 1 second.

• Cooldown - once Justice call has been cast it goes on cooldown for 12/10/6/5.5/3 seconds
• Range - 750
• Damage - 50/65/75/90/100 (+30% of AP)

W - Aegis' decree/Aquatic Immunity - Casting this ability on an enemy will enshroud them with a negative shield which weakens their defenses for the duration. However if the enemy takes a certain amount of damage the Negative Shield can be destroyed before it expires. When destroyed, the shield explodes dealing damage to the enemies around the target and slowing it. However if cast on an ally it will grant them a shield based on Ephesia's maximum HP. For 0.2 seconds after the ability has been cast, the ally is immune to disables.

• Cooldown - 21/20/15/10/9 seconds
• Range - 875
• Shield strenght - 50/75/100/125/150 (+ 1.5% of Ephesia's maximum health)
• Shield duration - 4 seconds at all levels
• Negative shield damage - 45/55/60/70/95 (+10% AP)
• Negative shield armor reduction - 5/7/10/12/16% of target's armor
• Negative shield Magic resistance reduction - 2/5/7/10/12% of target's MR
• Negative shield duration - 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds
• Slow amount - 5/10/15/19/25 %

E - Ancient Defender - Ephesia calls a shell at a target location. After 1.5 seconds the shell comes up from the ground and closes, dealing damage to anyone inside. If the target is affected by Aegis' decree it will consume the Negative shield and will stun the target for 1 second. If cast on an ally who is affected by Aquatic Immunity it will consume the shield to heal the target for a percentage of their maximum HP.

• Cooldown - 25/21/16/10/9.5 seconds
• Range - 900

• Damage - 70/75/80/90/120 (+45% AP)
• % Heal - 1.5/2/3.5/5/6.5 (+1.5% of target's max HP)

R - Ecosystem - Creates an area around The Aegis in which all basic attack damage dealt to her allies is halved and dealt to her instead. This afflicted area follows her around as an aura. Damage dealt to her directly is unaffected. She can still attack and cast abilities while Ecosystem is active

• Cooldown - 2 minutes/ 1 minute and 40 seconds/ 1 minute and 30 seconds
• Effect Radius - 300/350/450
• Duration - 1.5/1.9/2/2.5 seconds
