Support Concept Idea

I've had this champion in the works for ages now, and though I have no pictures of her to upload, I do have her concept (Nothing good in the ways of scaling though, if someone's better with knowing the math side of League). Some help working with her would be wonderful; she's a primary tank, secondary support, and ah... Name is Kaylee, Love's Vessel

Passive: The Pacifist Any attack damage or ability power gained above base stats is converted to armor (45% of AD) and magic resist (35% of AP)

Q: Loveknot Active: First consecutive cast on an ally champion creates a bond. Second consecutive cast on the same ally champion heals them for a percentage (increasing based on level) of your missing health. Passive: bonded ally gains movement speed and attack speed (increasing based on level), and the passive is disabled on cooldown.

W: Friendzone Creates an ovular zone that pulses, knocking enemies from it's center every few seconds (based on level), and last for five seconds

E: Second Chance Select an ally champion. Switch places with them after a few seconds cast time (based on level). Movement of any kind (charm, fear, taunt, player movement, etc) cancel's ability and puts it on cooldown.

R: Beloved's Blessing Choose an ally. Reduce own stats to base, and transfer a percentage (based on level) of lost stats to chosen ally. Buff lasts five seconds or until own death. AP and AD converted to Magic Resist and Armor count as AP or AD on ally champion.

As for actual lore concepts, I don't have anything solid nailed down, however I've been toying with the idea of making her a child from Zaun who's parents work where the blurred line between Zaun and Piltover meet. There she met a boy of PIltover descent, and they fell in love for each other. Though her parents encouraged the relationship, his did not, so she set out for a way to prove that her lineage didn't matter as much as what was in their hearts. After years of travel she ended in Shurima, exhausted and dehydrated. The ancient Shuriman love goddess took pity on the girl, and seeing what was in her heart, used her as a vessel not only to save her life, but to show favor to her quest. (If Riot's still linking the League to lore, my thoughts there were the goddess herself wished to bring peace to the most vile and war-ridden areas of the world, starting with the League.)

Other stats not based up there would be she runs on mana, starting with 110 and obviously able to be scaled up. Health at 650 base. I don't have exact numbers, but I was thinking her base AD being slightly higher than normal but scaling much slower in game based on level, and no starting ap. Health regen maybe somewhere in the five point range to the seven point range? Armor and magic resist starting relatively low but scaling quickly? Her range is fairly short, maybe something akin to Rakan's range. Beyond that, everything else is up for discussion... Well, everything in general is, but everything else I have no good ideas with.

This feels so awkward, this has become my baby to the point where my parents both have encouraged me to throw this out here. I'd LOVE some feedback on scaling's, and if an artist who would be willing to draw her comes along, I would happily commission you to do such! I've been a support main for months and though I like concepts like Janna and Ivern even where they're fairly passive, I wanted to take that a step further. Obviously her main role I support, but with the toplane tank meta, I did enjoy the thought of possibly making her a toplaner... I'm not sure. she has no waveclear... But she could be built with attack speed and crit to avoid the passive and possibly do some damage to stay viable toplane? She's meant to be a support through and through. Uh, so thanks for reading, please leave comments, any way I can improve her I would love to! Technically I do have art of her, but I have no scanner so the best I have is a picture taken with my laptop, and it's not wonderful. Either way, thanks for reading!

One, and this is more personal opinion, SCALINGS DO NOT MATTER

The balance, adequacy, and applicability of the ability is based in the idea and come first The numbers are to have it match the current meta and are secondary Consider Lulu. When Assassins are strong, she's strong. But Lulu isn't broken by design; the meta makes her numbers need adjusting. Giving a general idea (this lasts a short time or is more permanent, "short" v. "long" range, etc.) is good though

As for the abilities I did not see that passive coming (pretty difficult to do when I was expecting new stuff). I like it; doesn't really fit a support though. Q is a good take on healing. The passive stats are probably not a good idea; there's a general move from just free extra stats. Maybe tie it to the second cast? And what about plans for third, fourth, etc. consecutive casts? Love the E; just don't steal Janna's thunder too much. Is it centered on her or targeted? Why an oval, not a circle? Roughly how big? E's pretty cool; can the person you cast it on move? Plus, you should be able to follow it up with something. W might work as a combo, but it's not clear. R is interesting too. Nice dynamic between E and R because if you cut your stats, you're a sitting duck if you use E. So either choose, sacrifice yourself, be ready for some sick flash jukes, or hope the enemy team is stupid

On the whole, most of abilities have a solid base, but they seem really simple. They don't need to be overly complex, but they do need some depth to them And they don't all work together well. Yes, there all supportive of one ally (a lover) but not in a coherent way. Lulu has E-Q, Taric has his bastion to tie everything together, Braum has jump-wall-q-ult (it flows well), Ahri has E-combo, q poke, R-reposition-E-combo, etc. This doesn't Speaking of Ahri, why does the love champion not have a charm? LIKE HOW COULD YOU MISS THAT?

No comments on the Lore because I have like zero creative talent. Seems good though

Oh, and a few other things, less about the champ

Don't feel awkward. I don't post a lot, and my first post was a rework idea and I felt super awkward posting that. And I felt super awkward when I really started visiting forums and posting in general. And my first post got no comments.

But going forward, my posts did/do ok, especially after I started posting more in general. For someone who generally posts nothing, I'd say I've ended up with decent feedback on several of my ideas. And just keep posting and commenting; it's let's people know you. And let's you learn about balance Another option is to rethink this idea and repost it later

If you can't tell, I'm trying to build some confidence; I'm just not very good at it. For the first idea you've really worked through, thought out, and put to paper (err, computer), it's good

And as for scanning fanart, try camscanner on your phone. It's a free App and pretty good. My teacher always made us upload PDFs of our work for some damn reason, and that's what I used.
