Pool Party Jinx ?

I think that the idea of Pool Party Jinx would work. The moves fit perfectly. For her "Switcheroo" ability she could switch from a watergun to an inflatable dolphin/shark. For "Zap!", she could water shoot out instead of a laser. Her Flame Chompers could be jellyfish or piranhas and for her ultimate, she could have a rocket made of water. I'm not really going to go in depth on the concept, but I think that this would be a very nice skin.
