Kip 'The Requiem of Greed'

So I was thinking about the concept of a new champion with more....rogue like features. Now the unique part of this champion is that his ult and one other ability, would deal damage based on the targets current gold. Now as for the reasoning, I was actually at work (retail), and I thought of all the greed KS in League. Now handling money at the time, I thought it would be neat if he had a hextech 'heart of gold.'

So what do y'all think? Anyone wanna help out with art on him?
