Champion Creation: Sveinn, son of Swain
Sveinn is like his father in many ways. He, however, would rather lead a battlefield than a small platoon. Using his dual doves to control the rift he is able to turn the tides of battle to his favor.
Unlike Swain, Sveinn has two white doves. Hugin (Hew-gin) and Munin (Mew-nin). These doves are his vehicle to which he controls the field.
Sveinn is a melee support.
Passive: Dove Dichotomy - Sveinn can not have more than two abilities on cooldown. Each ability's Cooldown (except ult) is strictly based on the duration of the dove's flight since every ability requires the doves to move to a target location. Friendlies can see doves' locations on the map. Rapier of the Black Rose - Given as a gift by his father, Sweinn's magical rapier has 10% armor penetration.
Abilities: To My Dearest - Sends a care package with a literal health and mana potion. Can target friendlies directly or drop on the ground. Leveling makes packages store one more potion each. Enemies can steal potions. Range is global. Dove flies at a movement speed of 500/700/900. Cost 100. Can have a max of 5 packages.
Good Luck! - Sends dove to perform an excrement fly-by on target. Slows target 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds with a dove movement speed of 500/600/700/800/900. Global range. Cost 100/110/120/130/150
Stool Pigeons - Sends a robot bird alarm to target location. When an enemy reaches within 200 range, all enemies within 500 range are stunned due to extreme robotic squawking for .5 sec and revels a location around the robot of 1000/1100/1200/1300/1500 range for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds. Dove movement speed is 500. Cost 100/110/120/130/150
Devil on the Shoulder - Sends a pigeon to whisper demonic words of treachery to target. Target is forced to ult on closest enemy of Sevinn, or if ult is a buff, to target closest ally of Sevinn. If there is no target in range of the ult then the enemy is instead stunned of confusion for 1/1.5/2 seconds. Global range. Dove movement speed is 1000/1500/2000. Cost 250/300/350. Cooldown = 200 sec.
Physical description, based on both Odin and the Tuxedo Mask from Sailor moon. Sevinn wears a white tuxedo with a white top hat. He has black, shoulder length hair, and a white dove on each shoulder. On his left eyes he wears a white eyepatch with the golden outline of a closed eye. When he gets really excited the eye opens.
