Garen returns as the top top laner.

i honestly think that Garen should have a legendary or ultimate skin even though most people say "he takes no skill" or "he just so stupid" but honestly if Garen was all what they say then why is he still a champ to play. I dont know what kind of new skin to use or bring up any ideas for it but if you guys could help brain storm some ideas it could help out some. I just think Garen isn't appreciated enough. And we all know how being unappreciated feels like.
