Champion concept: Cain, The Arch-Sorcerer

Cain was designed as a very high cc strength mage with decent utility.Cain forces enemies out of position.As head of the Noxian sorcery Academy,Cain's age is only rivaled by his skill with magic.

Cain's Q is "Blasting orb". Starting as a ranged blast with a slight explosion time and becoming an instant cast at rank 5 Blasting orb is Cains primary damaging ability.

Cain's W Is "Sigil of Atrophy" Casts a large magic sigil in an area arming itself after 1.5 seconds. ( size increases with rank ) If Cain Detonates blasting orb in the center of the sigil it will erupt dealing a large amount of magic damage and causing a very powerful but brief slow.

Cain's E is "Ecliptic passage" Cain stealths an allied champion increasing their movement speed and giving them increased resistance to damage.The stealth duration and damage reduction are Stronger if Cain uses this ability on himself.Attacking breaks stealth.

Cain's R is "Entrance" Cain fires a powerful spell which erupts at several points on a line. If an enemy champion is caught in one of the blasts they become tranced and Cain may issue movement commands to them for a brief time. Enemies hit by the line will instead take damage and recieve a hefty slow.Additional enemy champions hit after the first are not placed under a trance but instead take damage and recieve a much stronger slow. Cain is immobilized during the trance.

I like the q w synergy its like creating a big fat target then hitting it xD E sounds kinda like it could be reworked into an ultimate? A mechanic that transfers movement control seems like it would need to have an ultimate level cooldown.
