[CHAMPION REWORK] Olaf the berserker, the viable one

I think we all know how Olaf is concidered being the worst champion in the game, and does not feel like he should be. i always tought riot wanted to be an attack speed tank, something that a berserker would be. so here we go:

Passive: Berserker's rage Olaf gains increased attack speed based on his missing health.

I would not change that passive, concidering the rest of his abilities i will give him, this one would fit perfectly, and it fits a berserker pretty well, in my opinion.

Q: Undertow Olaf throws one of his axe at his ennemy, dealing minor damage, and slowing his target if olaf hits the target, he can throw his second axe at his ennemy, dealing damage again, and slowing his enemy, for twice the duration

W: Vicious strikes Olaf temporarely doubles his passive attack speed bonus, and deals bonus on hit damage based on his missing HP

E: Reckless Swing Now a passive: every 4th attack, olaf swings both of his axe at once, dealing a massive blow at his target

that one would simply be a combination of jax and master yi. every X attacks, he swings both of his axes, dealing bonus damage. it fits more his attack speed style.

R: Berserker's rage

Now here is the huge change:

When olaf hits both of his undertow, he can enter in a berserker's rage, he gives up using his axes, and hits with his fist. While hitting with his fist, olaf can temporarily go beyond the attack speed cap, and he gains bonus attack speed and movement speed. his vicious strike and reckless swing works differently while hitting with his fists:

undertow is completely disabled for the duration of the ultimate, for obvious reasons.

Vicious strikes: In addition to the normal boost, olaf also gains increased movement speed if he is chasing an ennemy champion.

Reckless swing: During Berserker's rage, olaf deals an incredible uppercut instead of his normal double swing, dealing less damage, but procs faster (takes less attacks to proc but also deals alot less damage)

this seems a bit overpowered to me, but it would also make olaf incredibly unique by being the first champion to break the 2.5 attack speed barrier. the numbers of his reckless swings should obviously be low, because he most likely will be attack at a 2.5 rate or higher

but over i think a kit like that would really make him feel like a berserker

I always thought Olaf was viable.

I doubt anyone considers Olaf to be the worst in the game. He's just kinda niche, I think.
