Hello! I have a new concept for a champion I would like to share with any Rioters reading this!

Hello! I would like to share a cool idea I got for a champion I was planning on this evening. His name is Shokk ( I like it but we can change it if you like ) and his title was: The Keeper of Secrets... ( still in progress) but moving on I would really would like to tell you all his abilities and some concept art but I would like some feedback to see if i caught someone's eye. To end this little message... if any Rioters read this I would be super happy to share all the ideas,concept art,abilities and all that good stuff with anyone interested in this post and i think it kinda fits with the current meta.
