Game mode: Stacker

so you all know how can have 2 traps or how has 2 empowered attacks well imagine if every champions abilities stacked. now you may think that this wouldn't be as beneficial to champs that stack abilities already well we just shorten time it takes for it to stack up.

so you can spam abilities or you can let them all out in one burst.

the cd is how long it takes to get a stack of it and regular abilities get 1 second cool down in between and ulties have 10 cd inbetween thx for reading [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
