Frosted Leona

If Brand can have an ice skin (Cryocore), if Annie can have an ice skin (Frostfire), then why can't Leona have an ice skin?

Furthermore, Diana has a fire skin (Infernal), so giving Leona an ice skin would just compliment the ongoing theme of opposites relating to the two champions: Sun vs Moon, Valkyrie vs Dark Valkyrie, Infernal vs Frosted.

Leo is the CC Queen. Whenever you think about CC, you think of cold: Frozen Mallet , Rylai's Crystal Scepter , Hextech GLP-800 , Iceborn Gauntlet , Frost Queen's Claim , etc.

I think it's about time for Leo to get an ice skin that she deserves!

only thing i would change is the name of the potential skin, cause frosted ezreal exists and it's cheap as fuk so the skin should have a separate line

I'm not creative enough to come up with a catchy name. I just want Leo to get an ice skin. XP

I would play that shit out of her if that were to come true. The only thing I don't like about her are the aesthetics. She's super fun to play.
