If Brand Brand can have an ice skin (Cryocore), if Annie Annie can have an ice skin (Frostfire), then why can't Leona Leona have an ice skin?

Furthermore, Diana Diana has a fire skin (Infernal), so giving Leona an ice skin would just compliment the ongoing theme of opposites relating to the two champions: Sun vs Moon, Valkyrie vs Dark Valkyrie, Infernal vs Frosted.

Leo is the CC Queen. Whenever you think about CC, you think of cold: Frozen Mallet item 3022 , Rylai's Crystal Scepter item 3116 , Hextech GLP-800 item 3030 , Iceborn Gauntlet item 3025, Frost Queen's Claim item 3092 , etc.

I think it's about time for Leo to get an ice skin that she deserves!

only thing i would change is the name of the potential skin, cause frosted ezreal exists and it's cheap as fuk so the skin should have a separate line
