chimney sweep jax idea need opinions

I had an idea for a jax skin i thought it might get him attention my idea is called chimney sweeper jax how it would work is for his outfit we could make him look like one of the old chimney sweepers that used to get up in the roofs and use the pool to get down in the chimneys to clean it out so i thought also on giving him one there outfit looks for the weapon you could use the the thing they are actually using to clean as his weapon since he chooses to never use an actual weapon because of his skills then for when he spawns in the begin of the game he could literally spawn coming out of a chimney with him coffining a little and saying well time for the champ to get to work or something along those lines then for his jump you could make it look like when he jumps theirs a little fire like a fireplace hes jumping away from and for his w you could make the chimney sweeper look like it catches on fire for a second till you hit them for the e you could make it when he spins his weapon in the air it leaves a cloud of the black smoke slash ash that's trapped in the weapon which is could cause the stun cause of the arid smoke and everything then for his ult when the lines and shield looking thing come up around him it can be a mix of smoke and fire and ash going around him to help block like its hard for them to see him so they cant him as well id make a sketch of the character but i dont have a program to make it i would love for your feed back would love to see it in game :) maybe even a mary popens joke as an emote
