Falziemer, The Travelling Psychic (Champion Concept)

The stories of The Travelling Psychic are not old folk’s tales to be told around a fire, nor are they to be recorded in such an insignificant form as a book. No, these stories, these legends, are never spoken of, or written down, they are only to be remembered. Memories of Falziemer are few and far between, but those lucky or unlucky enough to have encountered the man have been changed forever.

Passive- Inner Eye Falziemer has a larger view radius than regular champions, allowing him to see deeper into the fog of war.

Q- Telekinesis Falziemer fires a skill shot that deals damage and slows the target. On hit, the target is thrown to the left or right (direction chosen before cast). If the target is thrown into a wall, enemy champion or minion, the damage is increased and the champ/minion is also slowed and slightly damaged. Casting Telekinesis on a knocked up champion greatly increases the length of the throw.

W-Refraction All projectiles in a small area around Falziemer are turned friendly and change direction by 135 degrees. Their range is also reset.

E- Gravity Surge Falziemer reverses gravity in a small area, knocking up any enemies in the area. Enemies cannot be targeted while in the air but can be hit with Telekinesis.

R- Mind Control Falziemer is rooted in place, and creates a link between an enemy that lasts for 5 seconds. While the link is active, the enemy’s mana is drained and returned to Falziemer as health. The enemy cannot move or use abilities/attacks while linked.

Awesome concept, the passive is a little boring though. His W could be unfun to play against but it's pretty cool. Maybe projectiles that are refracted deal half damage and CC half as long.

His ult completely lacks counterplay, I suggest you rework it. Mana stealing used to be a concept, but it was deemed too strong or too weak but never in between.
