[Suggestion] Link Icons to Skins/Champions

So the idea is basically this: -Make it so that when I pick a certain skin or champion, I automatically equip the Icon that goes with that skin, for example: I pick Blood Moon Jhin, then I automatically equip the Blood Moon Jhin Icon -I have a lot of skins and icons for each skin, and I want them to combine and look cool, but I don't always know what champion I'm going to play until I'm in champ select so i thought this might be a good way to fix it.

(Another fix to this: Let us equip icons in champ select)
