Which Twitch Streaming Software for me?

So I am new to streaming and am trying different FREE softwares. I like XSplit gamecaster but I don't like how it always goes to "BRB" mode because it only recoreds my in game play and not what's happeneing on my entire computer. Is there a software that you know of that is free that will let me freely navigate my computer without interruption?
