NEW GAME MODE

HEY RIOT what if you had a game mode where you could never complete an item just parts of an item or items what im saying is you could level up collect gold and get items but never completes ones so as far as the game goes it doesnt matter if you have 20 kills or 5 kills the player would have to be creative and continue to swtich out item to fit the game play also at ceratain time limits like 10 min 20 min and 30 min then items could be forged but is forces people to play differently.
