That fan art is clearly Burlesque Lux.
Sorceress is based on Samantha, the protagonist from the classic TV show Bewitched.

It might be a bit much for Lux. She's portrayed as being around her late teens, so Burlesque is probably too NSFW for her. Plus, you're eradicating the homage to "Bewitched."
Additionally, it also overlaps a lot with the Hextech outfits, where we see the steampunk look with the browns and corsets. If the outfit was swapped to blue, and the hip tulle extended to be more of a skirt to be less revealing, I think this design could work while preserving the basics of Sorceress.
