SKIN TRADING!!!

Lots of people get skins from boxes mister gifts etc. that they don't want. People also might get a skin, and realize that they don't want it or they are bad at a champion so they have a skin for a random champ. I think that the reason riot hasn't created it yet is because they would lose a lot of money. But what if they didn't? What if they charged 300 rp with every trade? People would be happy and it would be community run in the shop, meaning that people would put up a trade and other people would request to trade. Hacking could be a problem, but just like the hacker gifting themself, they actually need rp to trade. People probably won't see this, but if you do please give me feedback to my ideas!
