Skin trade system?

Not sure if this would be the best place for this, but Mystery Gifting has given people tons of gifts. Some people already have the skin they want to use all the time. Some people have all of Teemo's skins, or all of Lux's, while one of their friends might want Sorceress Lux Skin, and the other friend might want Maid Nidalee if the other person doesn't want it.

System would only be between friends, who were friends.

What are your thoughts on the idea I came up with, ideas to add on, or if it is even logical at all for Riot?

it would be nice, but probably not good business wise, unless they made it some way to use RP in order to complete the process. Because if not, why not just buy the skin, or trade gifting. They would seem (in this example) that they buy RP regularly so whats stopping them from just buying the skin another time when they get RP?

It would be really nice, but I think it needs some limitations like: both friends should have at least 10 skins so they wouldn't abuse this system. And other limitations like these friends should know each other at least for month or something.
