Skin trade system?

Not sure if this would be the best place for this, but Mystery Gifting has given people tons of gifts. Some people already have the skin they want to use all the time. Some people have all of Teemo's skins, or all of Lux's, while one of their friends might want Sorceress Lux Skin, and the other friend might want Maid Nidalee if the other person doesn't want it.

System would only be between friends, who were friends.

What are your thoughts on the idea I came up with, ideas to add on, or if it is even logical at all for Riot?

it would be nice, but probably not good business wise, unless they made it some way to use RP in order to complete the process. Because if not, why not just buy the skin, or trade gifting. They would seem (in this example) that they buy RP regularly so whats stopping them from just buying the skin another time when they get RP?

It would be really nice, but I think it needs some limitations like: both friends should have at least 10 skins so they wouldn't abuse this system. And other limitations like these friends should know each other at least for month or something.

Uncalled for man. You wanna call someone out, don't do it here. This isn't the place for it. More importantly, it's none of your concern whether people play with him or not. Let people find out on their own. Attacking people like that on the boards is pretty toxic in itself and makes you out to be an ass.

LOL Cute. It's someone I blocked in the Noob chat most likely. I'm not good, I can admit it, and I'm excited when I do good. I have Silver 5 in Ranked Solo, and two ranked teams I'm in actually wanted Bronze 5 and they just needed a filler person to surrender at 20 :/ . "Besides, once we get Bronze 5 we can start moving up to get end of season rewards." I quit playing with the teams after that. Plus those who actually play with me know I don't rage If I do it's usually towards a toxic person which I know does not help any situation.

This isn't about me thinking "I'm the best or is trash" when the subject is far from me boasting about game play. It's about a simple trade system of Skins.
