Dark Waters Gragas

As of patch 8.20, Gragas's play rate has gone up.. I'm just saying. Dark Waters Gragas. When I think of barrels, I think of like.. docks and the ocean. Why hasn't this been done? He has ice and like. scuba gragas? but no sailor or something like that ? For April Fools, Gangplank and Gragas could get skins where they switch identities or something lol.
