Custom maps

You all know LoL is based off Dota from Warcraft 3. And how was Dota created and kept live? By Warcraft 3 maps creator and Warcraft 3 client supporting non offical maps. Also, theese maps didn't cost Blizzard, yet they increased the value of the game. There were many cool games such as Dota, Angel Arena... Imagine if we could improve Dominion/URF/Invasion, make our custom models and champs... Best, you Rioters risk very little with this.
