Some things that should be added to blind pick and keeping league clean

I'm sure we're all sick of instalockers, and people who took the lane your called and all those things that makes people a typical person from the community salty. I have a solution!

• Upon calling a lane (saying top, sup, adc/bot, or jg) you are assigned to that lane (like how it looks in draft pick)
• You can ask to swap with another lane by hitting a button (like the champ swap in draft pick) next to each persons lane.
• You must wait ten seconds before locking in a champ at the start of champ select (to stop all of those... Yasuo mains you know who you are)
• You can report someone for inappropriate group name, ik that this has been said before but I just want that to be more seen and gain popularity.
• each person reported once for inappropriate/offensive summoner name/group name will have their user checked by some dude in a cubicle to see if it is actually something bad. If it is, they will have a month to get enough BE to change their summoner name or they get a +3-20 min queue time depending on how long it is that they haven't changed their name. (this goes on forever until they change their name)
• you can report toxicity on a scale of 1-5 (one being minor toxicity and five having hate speech/caps in mostly each time they chat.
• each level of toxicity is worth 1 point, If a person gets 8 points in a round they will be successfully reported and punished.
• you lose honor for each report and go down a checkpoint each full report you get. (since nobody really feels like they are punished.
• You get a notification that you just lost honor when you get reported but not enough for a ban.
