I have an idea

Hi everyone, I have played LoL for 3 years and this is one of the best online games I've played. In the beginning, I was excited to play ranked, but I didn't have enough champions to play so I bought Tryndamere, Teemo, Garen, etc.. I have a dream that I really, really want to refund them but I ran out of amount of refunding. Now I want to tell Riot and all gamers that I got an idea about it. Since there are only 3 times for returning, what about if Riot would give us unlimited of it, I mean not getting money or RP back, but exchange them into useful things for your account. For champion, we can exchange it int a champion that not owned, and both must have same prices. Ex: Tryndamere - 1350 IP + Teemo - 1350 IP + Garen - 450 IP = 3150 IP, and these 3 can exchange for a champion that have same amount of IP. (no IP back, and it looks like champion shard drafting) For skin that we never used, we can exchange it into IP. I never played these champions because they are so bad and not fit the meta games, and I just don't wanna see them in my account, including their skins. I regret to buy them when I was just a beginner player. I wish I can delete them in my account, although I know its not worth anything. Apologize for my English.
