Buff and Nerf Ideas

I think that this discussion would be fun just post if you have ideas for Buffs or Nerfs of champions or items. One of my ideas would be to buff Varus. Varus is kind of a lane bully, but it would be cool if for every stack of blight that is ignited by other abilities the target was stunned for .5 seconds. Thanks for posting.
