Sivir VGU/FVGU?
Sivir's abilities, AA animation, and movement don't look quite 2018. So, is there any news/plans for Sivir?

Sivir has already gone through a VGU back in 2013, theres far greater targets for them to work on.
And why isn't Sivir ascended? Can she be ascended?
What you are requesting here would basically be an Ezreal-type update, a mini-vgu that just changes her animations and appearance, but leaves her kit intact.
However, it is really extremely unlikely that this will happen soon, since there are more urgent candidates than her for this kind of update.
