New Champion Idea

LORE Boris(feel free to change the name) has been trapped in the Pure woman's soul for centuries. Chained from his raging state, he has taken over her body in order to bring chaos to our world. She still has a slight grasp on him and that's why there are chains. A Demon/Berserker like champion who will do whatever it takes to get what he desires, no matter what the cost. *I didn’t get to in depth on this because I don’t know the lore about very many characters.

ABILITIES Passive - when using his auto’s, Boris chains hit everything in the path of his chains. The heavy chains weigh enough to smash down in a line and do damage to everything in front of him.

Q - Boris throws one chain out at a champion or terrain. If it lands, Boris is able to throw out a second chain.

Champion - When the first chain hits a champion, the champion will be slowed by 20%. If the second chain hits the same champion, that champion will be stunned for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. If the first chain hits one champion and the second chain hits a different champion, both champions will be slowed.

Terrain - The chain connects to the wall and can be used with W active.

W - This ability will only work if Q is landed.

Champion - if both chains hit one champion, Boris can pull the champion to him. If one chain hits one champion and the other chain hits another champion, the two champions can be pulled, but only half the distance. 

Terrain - If you hit the terrain with one chain, it will create a small wall that pops out of the terrain where the chain hits. If both chains hit the terrain, the wall will be slightly larger in size, if the chains hit in the same spot. In smaller quarters within the jungle, Boris can form a wall by hitting one side of the terrain with one chain and the other side with the other chain creating an impenetrable wall (somewhat like an anivia wall). Champions may flash, or dash through it.

E - Boris dashes forward with his arms outstretched like he is about to take flight while swinging his chains, dealing damage in a cone. When the two chains meet in the middle, it creates a spark. If an enemy champion happens to be in the middle of the chains, they will be burned which will do DOT in ability power.

R - Boris tunnels his chains into the ground and whips them in one swift motion. These underground chains break the terrain on top slowing enemies who stand on it. At the very end the chains fling champions onto the broken terrain to slow them.

I drew some different concept art. (I'm not very good at drawing hands yet lol .... or the woman's face...) Feel free to change anything if you decide to make this into a champion.
