It says that the black alistar hasn't been on sale since like 2010.
Is this skin completely retired and won't be on sale forever? Or are there cases where Riot brings back really old skins back on sale?

This skin was never in the store, therefore will never return this skin was obtainable by pre-ordering the game and there was a code which contained all the champs by that time and some runes.. and either the code for black alistar or human ryze...

Never underestimate riot's greed. They've gone back on their word before with skins. In due time they will sell their own mothers if it means making a buck.
