Disclaimer: I KNOW she's getting her High Noon skin any day soon but just hear me out.
Think of how cool the skin team could make this look. The flaming ult, water ult, nature ult, etc. The beautiful costume for her, the beautiful hair options, the skin that our literal QUEEN deserves. If they can keep pumping out skins for Ahri, Lux, etc. then they can do this for their other daughter Ashe too. Anyone think that would be cool af?
It's a nice idea but the only way this would work out as well as the Lux skin is if it was Ultimate, and since Ultimate skins are super rare to be released, I don't think the community wants to see one that we've pretty much already seen. Unless of course Riot actually cared enough to give us a few Ultimate skins a year, then I'd be totally down for the Elementalist theme to become it's own Skin line, considering it's probably the best Ultimate skin we have.
Ashe has 11 alternate skins, the same amount as both Ahri and Lux. None of which are (over-glorified chromas) prestiges. Ahri and Lux both have a prestige counting as one of their skins. Not too mention Ahri has Popstar AND K/DA(which is stupid to have both), and Lux has SG AND SG Pajama(Never should've been a thing).
Honestly I think overall it would be better to give skins to champions who don't have any good alternate skins, regardless of count, since champs like Ashe now have Heart Seeker, Project, Championship, Cosmic Queen, and High Noon, all of which are excellent skins to choose from. But Ornn/Ivern well... I think their base skins are currently better, so I would never buy their alternate skin(s) unless a better one came out.
And as stated above we have an ultimate and I'd rather not have it turn into pulsefire. Which PF removed 
's iconic hat, and that is blasphemy. Lunar Wraith was semi-blasphemous too, but not completely.
