It was so satisfying hitting that bulls eye with her Q. Why can't we bring it back? Thus more aiming than just hitting a Q :(

Oh, you mean that one time they accidentally gave Soraka some skill expression and incentivized risking yourself to land good Q's? Not going to happen again. Rito likes Soraka being boring healbot and ADC's bitch, as evidneced by how they nerf her every single time she dares to try and interact with her enemies.

Didn't they make the entire Q slow, instead of just the middle? Technically it was a buff, I think. Though the extra damage was nice. And I don't think it was making her OP or anything? It actually made her better in a solo lane for those off meta people. And it opened up more interaction, because she'd have to get closer

There would be no point in doing this until they remove heal and shield power and she stops being a tanky goat bitch with no AP.

what if they lowered Q size to the inner star size only, then made it do tons (like, actually good centered Xerath W level) of dmg :o
