Ranking for the Unranked

Well as we all know that after reaching level thirty we can play ranked games but what about creating a similar ranking for the player's who have just started playing the game and want to know where they are placed among all the other new players [zombie-brand-mindblown] i.e. where do they stand among the noobs before competing against the experienced players. so that they dont go sad-faced as ammu when they suddenly compete against ranked players and are surprised that they are still just green in the game and feel exhausted.
