I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the new Marauder Ashe skin that I just purchased. I have never spent money on this game until last night. I have Dragon Slayer Vayne, Bad Santa Veigar, and Hextech Sion. (Vayne and Veigar were gifted from random people that I met and Sion was given for behavior). I finally decided to spend money because I love playing Ashe and I thought the Marauder Ashe looked super cool. Come to find out, the only thing that looks cool is her outfit. Other than this, NOTHING else changed. I mean you couldn't change any of the abilities or anything? I'm not asking for something as ridiculous as Heartseeker Ashe. I know that Heartseeker is a very expensive skin so I understand why her arrows look so cool. But for Marauder Ashe can't you at least change the color or something? How hard would it be to make the arrows black? Idk, maybe I am alone with this opinion, but it seems like something else could be changed about Marauder Ashe.

Hey Goat Blanket,

Sorry to hear you're not happy with the new Marauder Ashe skin.

Since she is a 750 RP skin, she only received a new model and texture. Skins with new particles begin at 975 RP.

These price tiers were more clearly defined in 2012, and can be found here.

You should probably watch a preview of a skin before you buy so you don't assume things and get disappointed.

With respect, if you're intelligent/savvy enough to post on the forums about it, then you should be intelligent enough to see what type of skin it was before buying it. It's been discussed repeatedly here.

Well,since it's the 1st skin you purchased,you should probably know that only 975 & above skins receive particles changes.You should look at the skin price tier list KateyKhaos has given so you can make more a informed purchase next time. Plus,if you consider Heartseeker Ashe,which is 975, an expensive skin.Then unfortunately, you're going have to get use to skins with unchanged particles if that's all you can afford.

Riot will stick to a standard that THEY want to achieve and not what their community of consumers want. Last time i checked companies strive to please their consumers.

I think she should have black shadow arrows for the skin, and from how awesome it looks, it should have costed the 975 tier which is the tier that they alter particles like Ashe's arrows. I have no idea why they chose to make it a lower tier cost when it could easily be in a higher tier.

Gentelman Cho and many others skins are not even among their price levels when it comes to work that was put into them. Bah! Even Ultimate Skins are not even right now (ezreal have much less voice over and less-quality animations than new ones. Even new champs have more lines than him.)

Isn't Pulsefire Ezreal banned from competitive play because of a bug with his hitboxes or animations or something?
