new game mode idea

ok so i think that there should be a mode where all abilities are disabled, aa range is the same on everyone (melee champs included) and autoattacks deal only 1 damage (and attackspeed is .5). everyone gets 10 health. this would prioritize good positioning, good teamwork, and good plays. everyone is on a level playing field and has to make good decisions. it would be a lot of fun.
